These terms govern your use of Quick Menus (the "App") and this website. By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for the App, you agree to these terms.
License grant. A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, subject to the license scope described at checkout. The App is licensed, not sold — we retain all intellectual property rights in the App.
No warranty. The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
